Home Assist One PLAN
THINGS WE COVER
- Additional 2 year warranty is only available for customers who have a boiler supplied and fitted by Boiler Sure and is subject to a service plan for the full duratiuon of their manufacturer warranty period.
- A yearly visit to carry out checks to ensure your boiler and central heating are safe and in good working order. Your services may be more than 12 months apart.
THINGS NOT INCLUDED
- Your boiler (repairs to your boiler are covered under your manufacturer boiler warranty)
- Your controls, flue or flue terminal
- Your gas supply pipe
- Your central heating system or radiators
- Your network or smart-enabled devices
- Any parts that directly supply a swimming pool
- Air or ground source heat pumps
- Systems or controls for underfloor or outdoor heating
- Showers or taps
Home Assist Two PLAN
THINGS WE COVER
- This includes your annual boiler service and a safety operating check as well as unlimited parts and labour on:
- Central Heating Boiler
- Controls including Programmers & Thermostat
- Central Heating Pipework
- Radiators and ValvesL
- Central Heating Pumps
THINGS NOT INCLUDED
- Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you it might be a problem for your system or boiler
- Showers or taps
- Faults caused by accidental damage or third party

- Labour for repairs to your gas central heating system, including boiler, controls and hot water cylinder
- Annual service of your boiler to make sure it's running safely and efficientlyThis includes your annual boiler service and a safety operating check as well as unlimited parts and labour on:

- Controls including Programmers & Thermostat
- Central Heating Pipework
- Radiators and Valves
- Central Heating Pumps
- Plumbing Cover
